Reading November

Winter is here,

I am not adjusting well you guys, I miss the sunshine, the beach and not feeling cut out for this weather. What I am enjoying is sitting in my cozy cottage by the nice warm fire place watching the snow fall and reading all the good books! Today I wanted to share with you a couple books that I have been reading.

The first one I want to talk about is Into the Jungle by Erica Ferencik. This book was a great read, Fenecik takes you on an adventure into the depths of the jungle. Her descriptions make you feel like you are really there with the main character. She brings to life the reality of the endangerment that industry poses on the amazon and the threats for the people who live there. This book was a real page turner Click Here to grab your copy and brace yourself for a great and thrilling read.

The book that truly saved me from myself is this next one. The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is the ultimate guide for someone who is dealing with anxiety. I came across this book when I was receiving counselling in college after continuing to have panic attacks and isolating myself from the rest of the world, my counselor recommended it to me. This book made me realize that I needed to change my mindset of how I was thinking about about myself and what I thought other people were thinking about me. I still read this book once a year, if not more as a self care check up type thing. This book is so so amazing and I believe everyone should have a copy!!!! Click here to get yours!

The last book that I want to share with you is the first book in the series, and you guys, this is the best book series I have ever read. I can honestly say this is my favorite book I have read this far in my life. This book is called Clan of the Cave Bear by Jean M. Auel. This book follow a girl named Ayla, she is one of the first humans and she is adopted by the people of the clan and her struggles to learn their ways of living. If you are looking for a great series to read this one for sure is my go to for a strong female lead, interesting setting and all around exciting story. Click here to grab your copy!

Let me know what you are reading this month, I am always in the market for another great book to read.
