Spicy Water Recipe
Yep you read the title right SPICY WATER. MMM I love it so much especially with he nicer weather coming up I love how refreshing it is. Here is what I put in my water to infuse it with some flavor;
I use a 2 litre juice jug
*1 jalapeno pepper (cut out the seeds)
*1 lemon sliced
*1/2 Cucumber
I throw all the prepped items in my juice jug and then fill right to the top you can add ice or put in the fridge over night for the best diffusing effects, (1 Hour will work too). Pour yourself some glasses you will feel so hydrated.
Jalapeno peppers are great for increasing your inner temperature, kickstarting and aiding your metabolism. They are full of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins as well as fibre. Can help fight infections, stomach ulcers, and pain relief. Some studies show may improve heart health.
Lemons are great to have in your water because it is a source of vitamin C along with magnesium, calcium and potassium, helps remedy many skin issues, great to flush out toxins and helps with digestion.
Cucumber are amazing as well. If you are like me, the cucumber can help support healthy skin inside and out keeping inflammation of my eczema at bay. It keeps you very hydrated, delivers antioxidants and can lower blood pressure. Be sure to experiment; add your own flavor and share it with me I would love to know your combinations.
